His practice encompasses land and property documentation, title verification, mutation proceedings, liaison with land development authorities, RERA compliance, consumer disputes, corporate law and regulatory compliance, litigation management, estate planning and succession, freehold conversions before DDA and L&DO, trademark matters, income tax issues, insurance and banking transactions, private and charitable trusts, as well as the drafting, review, and vetting of legal documents and commercial agreements. He currently serves as External Legal Counsel to leading wealth management institutions, advising investor clients on estate planning, succession and inheritance matters, probate proceedings, wills, family settlements, private family trusts, and related legal compliances. Previously, he was associated with leading capital advisory and NBFC institutions, where he advised developer clients across Delhi-NCR on land title due diligence, project documentation, regulatory approvals, and real estate compliance relating to residential and commercial developments in Noida, Gurugram, and other key markets. He has also served as a Senior Associate with a reputed full-service law firm in Delhi-NCR, where he gained substantial experience in real estate transactions, consumer protection laws, corporate and commercial matters, civil litigation, arbitration, taxation, trusts, intellectual property rights, trademarks, and dispute resolution. With a practical and solution-oriented approach, he regularly assists clients in navigating complex legal, regulatory, and commercial issues while safeguarding their business and personal interests.
